The majority of our product sales are through our Resellers/Distributors so our Reseller/Distributor program is very important to us. We manufacture the Urban Compost Tumbler (UCT) and offer only that line of products to our Resellers/Distributors.
We have two Reseller/Distributor programs.
1) Drop-Ship
2) Store-Front
We define a Drop-Ship Reseller/Distributor as someone who is selling from our inventory directly to their customer with no investment in inventory required. We define a Store-Front Reseller/Distributor as someone who buys our products (meeting minimum purchase requirements), puts the product(s) in their inventory and then sells directly to their customers.
We want all our Resellers/Distributors to find selling our products profitable and trouble free and respect the rights of others to conduct their businesses as they see fit. However to assure good customer support, our products consistent appearance, price stability, and fairness amoung Resellers/Distributors, we have established MAP (Minimum Advertized Price) rules for products we manufacture and are sold through our Drop-Ship program.

The following products are manufactured by UGC and we offer to both our Drop-Ship and Store-Front Resellers/Distributors. These products are subject to our MAP policy.
